New Forest guide

The New Forest has a wide range of attractions to offer visitors surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside, where forest ponies, horses and cows roam free. There is so much to do, but many come just to walk through the forest and enjoy the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Lyndhurst is located in Hampshire county, close to Southampton and surrounded by the New Forest, an English medieval deer hunting area created in 1079 AD by William the Conqueror.
You should visit the New Forest Museum, that provides visitors with a fascinating and detailed insight into the life of the Forest and its people.
